Six-course dining experience curated by Killian Crowley

Chef at Michelin-starred Aniar restaurant in Galway, Killian Crowley, has partnered with The House of Peroni to curate a six-course tasting menu inspired by the Puglia region of Italy. Showcasing the best Irish produce served in a Pugliese style, the tasting menu includes dishes such as Irish cured meats from Gubbeen, carpaccio of salted zucchini with wild bog mint, orecchiette al ragu, and stuffed whole monkfish. Vegetarian and gluten-free menus are available on request.

The dining experience is priced at €60 per head (includes booking fee and drinks). Guests can enjoy their choice of Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Peroni Gluten Free or Peroni Libera 0.0% to accompany their meal.

Born in Belgium to an Irish father and Belgian mother, Killian Crowley worked in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe before moving to Galway to join Aniar. Aniar’s philosophy is for creating contemporary Irish food using local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients, a philosophy that Killian has brought with him to The House of Peroni dining experience.

Sittings for the dining experience are as follows, and each sitting is two hours long:
